II
Segmenting nodes? Adding new services?
Increasing your download speed?
You need more rack space.
MAXNET II is the MCX connector based RF management system that uses
high density modular splitting/combining units to maximise your rack
space and your service offering. The product lineup includes splitting/combining
passive modules (16, 8, 4, 2, dual 4, & triple 2-ways), DC modules,
amplifiers, power supplies, RF switches, optical transmitters, and
optical receivers. The system boasts a maximum density of 264 ports
(including test points) per 3RU. Key
features include:
> Ultra-dense MCX connector-based
RF/optical signal management platform >
Greater than 200% rack space savings over legacy management
solutions > Significantly reduces
network lash up complexity by using MCX connectors and miniature coaxial
cable > Generic 3RU chassis houses
all module types so that any RF or optical signal management function
can be performed. > Chassis holds
up to 24 single-width or 12 dual-width modules (any combination of
all modules is possible). > Modules
are positioned for front access to test points and pad & EQ locations
> Active chassis is provisioned
to accommodate monitoring & control over the network (HMS compliant
(SNMP v2c)), through a web browser or proprietary network interface
for all active modules in the chassis. E-mail alarm notification is
also supported.
